At Skywing Tanzania, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Exclusions:

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.

• Items that have been used, worn, or damaged beyond inspection cannot be accepted.
